In conjunction with the 4th IEEE CiSt 2016 event, the IEEE Morocco Section will celebrate its 10th founding anniversary on Sunday, 23rd of October 2016. The celebration will took place in the historical city of Assilah, 45 km from Tangier. The celebration will be inaugurated with a welcoming speech by current and past Chairs of the Section, with also the intervention of prominent national and international members and high profile guests from Academia and Industry.
The celebration will also be an opportunity to award and recognize those who have contributed to the development of the IEEE Morocco Section. A panel involving all members will be dedicated to plan for the future and engage IEEE MS members in the section forthcoming projects.
A visit to the historical sites of Assilah will also be planned.
